NWSC Refund Policy

All refund requests need to be submitted, in writing, to the Registrar at clubregistrar.nwsc@gmail.com and copied to your age group coordinator.

For U11 to U18, Div. 1 & Div. 2, players:  

  • For players who have accepted positions on Div. 1 & Div. 2 development teams, no refunds will be provided. In extenuating circumstances refunds may be made at the discretion of the Director of Coaching and your age group Vice President. 

For players U4 to U10 & Div. 3 / House players U11 to U18 

  • A full refund will be provided if your child is not placed on a team. 
  • A refund of fees minus $25 service fee will be provided if you withdraw your child before Sept. 30. 
  • A refund of 50% of fees will be provided for withdrawals from Oct 1 to Oct. 31.  
  • In extenuating circumstances, after Nov. 1, refunds may be made at the discretion of the Director of Coaching and your age group Vice President. 

For all ages: 

  • In the case of an injury, a pro-rated refund of fees minus $25 service fee will be provided upon receipt of a Doctor’s note.
