Applying for Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for youth players from independent organizations, outside of our club. It is the responsibility of the parent / guardian to apply for these funds from one of these organizations. We will not place your child on a team roster or in a program until the fees have been received. It is important that prompt attention is paid to applying for funding. Please go through the process in this order:

Register your child with our club and select ‘Financial Assistance’ as your payment method. This will provide you with the fee amount to put on your application. If you have registered your child late, do not include the late fees in your total. You child will be considered registered at this point.
Apply for financial assistance from the organization of your choice – links provided to the right. If you are approved, the organization will send the payment directly to us. You are expected to do this immediately after registering your child with our club.
Send the registrar (clubregistar.nwsc@gmail.com) an email stating your child’s name, what organization you have applied to and the date the application was submitted.
