CRC Fact Sheet – 2022/23

All staff and volunteers 19 years of age or older.

All Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector checks are valid for 36 months from the date stamped by an approved CRC provider. (i.e., if your check was completed/date stamped in September 2021 it’s valid until September 2024).

If your check has expired (older than 36 months) a NEW Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector check is required.

NWSC follows BC Soccer’s Criminal Record Check standards and therefore, requires a new Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector Check on file every 36 months.
  • Go to the eCRC Website: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/eCRC/home.htm
  • Select “Request A New Criminal Record Check”
  • Follow the instructions, and record the tracking/case number
  • Once completed, the information will automatically be sent to the club, and if any further information is needed, we will reach out to you.

To share the results of a previously completed/valid Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check through the Criminal Records Review Program

If you receive the message below:

  1. Print out the form as directed
  2. Email riskmanager.nwsc@gmail.com to arrange a place to meet to verify your identification. Please note this must be done in person in order for the risk manager to sign off/validate the form. We cannot accept emailed forms
  3. Bring photo ID.

NWSC will reimburse this fee, please contact the Risk Manager via email before you go in for instructions.
